Redesign
They wanted to upgrade their purchasing pathways for all the certifications and educational material they offer. However, their technology didn’t always keep up with their wide array of target audiences, so they asked for helping in redesigning their website while tracking and optimizing for conversion rate across their key user bases.
User Testing
We did the full spectrum of UX research and customer journey mapping. We interviewed everybody and tested pathway by pathway over 18 months, reducing clicks to completion, increasing conversion rate, and reducing considerable pressure from customer service teams.
